to be honest, I don't really understand why do this issue must interrupt in girls diary. I guess it is because we girls are easily get jealous towards others. Not just with our friends that we close to, it can be anyone, even a stranger that you met just in 5 sec.
insecure.. it is just like, someone has better clothes than you, so you get jealous. Then you buy another clothes and you will compare it to others. and TRUST ME no matter how may clothes you buy just because you're trying to compared or 'challenge' ''that'' person, you will never get fully satisfied with yourself and what you already have , for at least, a little bit feeling like ''she's more.. i like her..more..''
someone hangs up with a group of cooler girls, so you're get jealous .
someone who skinnier from you, you get jealous.
someone who mingle with the boy that you like, you get jealous.
after all, it is just a jealous cycle kan ? :)
for me, it is girls, they feel insecure because the pressure from the society. yes , anybody might said that 'we never live to please society'. yes that's true. no doubt. but as a normal girl, we want the society to 'accept' you. girls, they just want to be liked by everybody.
-you have to be thin to be pretty.
-you need to have the latest gadgets at the store so, you will be cooler B-)
-you have to wear branded stuffs to get yourself in other 'urban' group/
-you even change you WARDROBE !
If people were not so superficial and judgmental, then the world would be a better place you know :)
Again, do not care what people think about you, what they want you to be, just be the best of you.
